The structure of the Village Nursery from 5th July 2010 consists of the : DIRECTORS: Janette Blake and Caroline Dunmur MANAGER (Pauline MacFarlane) NURSERY PRACTITIONER (Armida, Donna, Mhairi Hodge, Tina, Caroline) TEACHER (Claire) NURSERY PRACTITIONER IN TRAINING (Mhairi Charters) SUPPORT WORKER (Jane) SUPPLY STAFF (Val, Nicky) STUDENTS (none at present) Staff are all registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (www.sssc.uk.com) We understand the importance of the continual professional development of our practitioners. All staff hold a First Aid Certificate and in-service training is regular undertaken at various levels, ensuring staff are fully able to carry out their duties in a competent and professional manner. Our staff turnover is extremely low and our professionals are all intelligent, caring people who know how to relate to children and love the challenge of working with them. They provide lots of love and cuddles and are very aware of the responsibility they are undertaking. |
