Settling in Sessions It is of paramount importance to us that all children are treated with care and consideration. Once we receive your application and your child has been registered at the nursery, we will contact you prior to your child starting nursery and arrange a time when you can visit the nursery with your child. This visit gives us all the opportunity to share information about your child and the nursery. To make this transition easier you are invited to leave your child for three short visits (usually two hours) during the week prior to your child’s commencement to ensure he/she settles into nursery as soon as he/she starts. Your child does not need to be toilet trained before attending the nursery, however once you decide to start toilet training we will follow the same programme in nursery, just remember to include plenty of spare clothes and shoes to last the day.
