Security Our staff are very conscientious and are required to adhere to strict policies and procedures regarding the authorisation and collection of your child. A secure door entry system operates at all times. Visitors are asked to sign the visitors book. Parents are requested to park their vehicles away from the front door. Collection Please strictly observe session starting and finishing times by dropping off and picking up children on time. If you are unable to pick your child up from nursery and have arranged for someone else to do so, you should notify the ‘Person in Charge’ in writing. Your child will not be released from our care unless we have the authority to do so. Employees are required to attend formal Child Protection training, this training is further supported by the fully trained Child Protection Coordinator on site in the nursery. Staff are aware of Health and Safety issues and the nursery Health and Safety Coordinator ensures this through regular checks, training and health and safety updates to all staff.
